Throughout the planning process of our wedding, she was transparent about costs, food and dessert service, decor expectations, and everything in between.

Penny connected us with vendors that were extraordinary in their work & their genuine compassion. She was intuitive about our “vision” and other ideas, and provided us with limitless inspiration - whether it was table decor, timeline progression, or details for the bar.

She took the time to get to know me, my husband, and my family throughout the year we worked together. Penny was unbelievably generous with her time and dedication - truly our anchor through it all. By the time our wedding came to a close, my husband and I joked that we might need to get married again just so we had a reason to keep her.

My husband and I started looking around March 2024 for venues. We found one with availability, but it was only 5 months away. Part of our contract required us to use a wedding planner, and Penny was one of the recommendations.   • We had the absolute pleasure of working with Penny at Andrew and Melissa’s wedding at Sydalyn Hill last weekend, and she was such a joy! From start to finish, Penny was kind, professional, and so easy to work with. She’s incredibly detail-oriented, which made the whole day flow smoothly and effortlessly, not just for the couple and their guests, but for all of us vendors too. Having a coordinator like Penny who really takes care of the big picture and the little things makes such a huge difference on a wedding day.

    Her assistant, Karen, was also amazing—super helpful, always on top of things, and such a fun person to chat with throughout the day. The two of them make such a great team, and you could really feel how much they cared about making sure everyone was comfortable and supported.

    On top of all that, Penny knows Sydalyn Hill inside and out, which was a huge help in keeping everything running seamlessly at the venue. That kind of experience shows, and it really put everyone at ease.
